Road
The artery in the GERMAN INDUSTRIAL PARK is 20 m wide, with the connection to the nearby municipal road nets through Xiupu Road, Shenjiang Road and Zhoudeng Road.
Power
Four power substations have been built in the industrial zone, one 220KV and three 35KV substations. Power frequency: 50Hz. Grades of rated voltage: 10 KV, 35 KV .
Communications
There are Post office and 10,000 lines program-controlled telephone exchange facilities in the zone, providing IDD, DDD, ISDN and 1000M Ethernet.

Gas
The daily supply capability of LNG in the Kangqiao Industrial Zone is 50,000 m3.
Water
The water plant in the zone has a daily supply capacity of 120,000 m3.
Drainage
There will be special drainage pipes along the roads in the GERMAN INDUSTRIAL PARK, leading rainwater directly to rivers or to the municipal drainage nets, so that there will be no seeper in the plant area.
Sewage treatment
The pipeline of Shanghai Sewage Disposal Project Phase II lies to the north of GERMAN INDUSTRIAL PARK KANGQIAO, and 100,000 m3 of sewage can be channeled through daily. The sewage from the factories can only be drained if it meets Shanghai Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standards DB31/199-1997 and Shanghai Environmental Protection Document No.262(1994) after pre-disposal.
